Maître HOUARI, solicitor at the Paris Bar, is a specialist in personal, family and property law, areas in which she has practised since her admission to the Paris Bar in 1999.

 

Maître Fadela HOUARI is trained in collaborative law (levels 1 and 2) and mediation.

 

She joined the Juvenile Division in 2018.

 

She is currently a member of the Paris Bar Council.

 

Author of various publications (see news), she is actively involved in the work of the Institute for Family and Heritage, of which she is a member of the board of directors. She is also a member of the board of directors of CLIA, an international association of child auditors.

 

She teaches in the D.U. AUDITEUR D'ENFANTS (Child Auditor) programme at the Faculty of Law of the Catholic University of Lille.

 

She provides training for legal professionals and at the EFB.
